Full acoustic. Become very passionate, strictly between 7am and 11pm. Note when they wake up, what time they get home from work and when they try to (lol) go to sleep, as these are the most impactful times to play. Always start as loud as possible and when the council inevitably get involved, make tiny adjustments like playing for a few minutes less each day and purchasing terrible soundproofing, for when they ask for evidence of effort made. Key is not to start with any soundproofing or deadening devices on the kit because you can always work down once the complaint is made, but never up. It took a few months before they moved out and I did keep drumming, but replaced the acoustic with an electric and did the soundproofing job properly. Turned out drumming was actually a lot of fun. Bullies can't handle it when the tables turn.
